Outstanding. My Mum needed urgent care at very short notice. A1 Care assessed her and had daily care workers organised in less than a week; the relief it gave our family is beyond words. Since then they have been highly responsive and flexible, adapting to my mum's changing needs. The lady who assessed my Mum, who I can't name, was just amazing and provided personal direct contact and great advice to enable a smooth transition to the new routine. A1 Care looked after my 95-year-old Mum for a period of almost a year up to June 2024. Always very efficient and friendly. What I particularly liked was the consistency of care and the times that were scheduled for her. We had no complaints whatsoever during the entire time.
