We have made it halfway through the year (almost)! We want to take the time to thank all of our fantastic clients or your continued hard support, loyalty and enthusiasm through what has been a challenging 15 months.
At A1 Care we would not have the ability to continue to provide
specialist care or continue to grow without you.
We apologise for the slight lateness of the newsletter; however, we assure you the wait was worth it! In this assue, we are not only sharing updates and news, but some exciting promotion opportunities and we are running an in-house competition for any of our staff to enter.

We're in the process of opening a brand new franchise! Soon, there will be another head office and base in another town, enabling us to expand the business and care services.
What does this mean for you? Are you feeling ambitious?
You could work shifts in another town if you're close by, but, most importantly, you could become a franchise manager! We're beginning to look for potential staff who would be a great fit.

We have applied to become a nurse accredited agency (hurrah)! We will then be able to supply nursing services to those in need. We expect to hear our outcome by September. Our trained clinical nurse, Edward, will be leading this expansion. If you know of any companies or clients that require nursing services, please
drop their name to head office.
As you may know, we have a referral scheme where if you recommend a client and use our care services for a minimum of 4 weeks, you receive 50% of the cost of one week of your bill and the new client receiving 50% off of their week one bill. We INSIST you contact us today if you know anyone who could benefit from our services.
We have a new joiner, Lorraine Mayhar - operations manager for the expansion of the business. We're very excited to have her on board to continue with A1 Care's growth.
Additionally, we will be hiring a registered regional manager to develop new branches (our franchise mission).
Face to face training/online will resume at the Wareham branch for four day induction followed by online courses from September. The material will be finalized and approved by Red Crier and Lorraine and Paul will rotate the training to be held each working Monday of the month.
We're introducing an exciting new system where you can become a champion in care in a specific care service.
As a champion of care, you will be the expert lead and first point of call in specialists areas such as:

We're attending a jobs fair to recruit new staff on the 27th of August, more details are to follow. If you know anyone who is interested in a role please let us know!
In August, the Wareham office officially opens as a satellite office. Liane, Erlend and Connie will start setting up base at the new office. This will be a satellite office and all the main business duties will still be officially operating from the head office. PASS will have a second branch option which should hopefully be up and running by then.
